Brunswick Square, Manchester

Pre-construction support from RIBA Stage 2 for a 282-home, multi-block residential development of up to six storeys in Manchester.

Scribe focused on cost planning, value engineering, programming and risk management, developing a validated budget and programme while testing the delivery strategy against a constrained site and phased construction requirements.

Particular consideration was given to site logistics, sequencing and maintaining workable construction space, with the development also constrained by its canal-side location and relationship with the adjoining Brunswick Mill site.

The project is currently on hold while the site is used to support logistics for the wider Brunswick Mill development.
