Built Right. Every Time.
Across the UK, Europe and the Middle East
Scribe CMS is a main contracting and construction management business based in South Manchester. We deliver complex projects across the North of England and throughout the UK for a select group of private-sector clients.
Our projects are senior-led from the outset, combining hands-on director involvement with clear commercial, technical and operational control from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
We act as principal contractor across main contracting, design and build and associated civil engineering works. We take responsibility from pre-construction through to handover, managing site delivery, programme, supply chain, quality, safety and commercial risk.
We provide construction management, project management and contract administration services where clients require experienced leadership, direct communication and clear control of cost, programme, design and delivery.
Pre-construction, cost planning, design management, risk management, supply-chain strategy, employer’s agent services, development appraisal and distressed-project recovery.
Our directors have delivered major projects across the UK and internationally, from high-rise construction to logistically challenging builds across every sector. That experience informs how we plan, manage and deliver every project.
We communicate directly and report clearly throughout the project, providing clients with visibility of cost, programme, risk, progress and key decisions.
We are deliberate about the projects and clients we take on. When we commit, our senior team remains closely involved and accountable throughout delivery.
Based in South Manchester, we understand the regional construction market. Our experience across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Birmingham and the wider North gives us established supply-chain relationships and strong local knowledge.
Our directors have delivered major projects across the UK and internationally, from high-rise residential towers to complex city centre developments. That knowledge is in every project we take on.
No hidden costs and no surprises. We communicate directly and honestly throughout every project, whether the news is good or not.
We are deliberate about the projects and clients we take on. When we commit to a project, we commit fully, and our clients know exactly where they stand.
Based in South Manchester, we know this market. We have the supply chain, the local knowledge and the relationships to get things done.
We work with a select group of private-sector clients. If you have a planned, live or challenging project, speak to us about how Scribe can help.
